Staff Positions


Serving as a key member of the Fennemore Craig IS Department, this position will be responsible for managing complex technical inter-departmental, enterprise-wide, or other technical high profile projects with proven project management tools and techniques.  IS projects can involve any mix of the firm’s complex, leading-edge technology.  This position works directly with project team members, project sponsors, department and committee members, stakeholders and vendors to ensure each project’s success.  Therefore exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a requirement for this position.  Also required is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.  PMP, PRINCE2 or AGILE project management experience is required.   Expert knowledge of Microsoft software including Visio and Microsoft Project or similar project management software required.  Experience with XML, SQL, .NET, Biztalk and previous experience as a developer highly desirable.  4+ years of related work experience (7+ years’ work experience in IS) showing attainment of progressively higher levels of program management, increased scope of responsibility and complexity of projects.


Fennemore Craig has an excellent opportunity for an experienced SharePoint/.NET Developer in our Phoenix, Arizona office.  The SharePoint/.NET Developer is responsible for maintaining Microsoft IIS and SharePoint 2007/2010 servers.  Designs, supports and implements web pages and services using HTML, XML, ASP and .NET.  Provides web administration support for the Firm’s Internet, Intranet and Extranets, collectively referred to as “the sites”.  Maintains web-based forms and recipient databases and implement secure web sites using SSL and server certificates.  Provides technical support on web-related issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology; 5+ year’s experience with web technologies,including .NET, content management systems, and development in SharePoint 2007/2010 and ASP.NET;FTP; 3 year’s experience administering MS Windows 2008 and higher servers and IIS; 2+ year’s experience MS SQL with database design, integration and administration, SQL 2005/2008;MySQL experience a plus; 2+ year’s experience with MS Visual Studio, SharePoint Server and services and related SharePoint technologies experience; Strong teamwork, problem-solvingand verbal/written communication skills; Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and baselines and draw valid conclusions from complex manuals, technical materials, and processes; Documents all processes,workflows, program code, reports, and maintenance activities for each project; and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


Fennemore Craig’s Plaintiff Personal Injury practice group is searching for a versatile communications and digital marketing specialist.  Core duties include interfacing with media in an effort to promote high-quality backlinks to client’s website and the position will also be responsible for extensive research of relevant categories of successful web content through long tail keywords and leveraging existing and developing new media relationships and securing web links.  Successful candidates will possess advanced skills with all forms of web programs, including WordPress and other web content management systems, email marketing programs, and more.  HTML experience preferred.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or other related field required.  Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required, in addition to strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. 


Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary in Healthcare Litigation to join our Denver office. This position provides secretarial support to three attorneys and/or paralegals. Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks within specified time constraints with minimal supervision.


  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in healthcare, legal and professional malpractice cases;
  • General defense litigation in state courts and Colorado Federal District Court; sense of urgency in meeting deadlines, and a systematic, organized approach to problem solving;
  • Calendaring of statutory and court deadlines (Law ToolBox experience preferred); familiarity with federal, state and appellate court filing rules and procedures;
  • Excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation;
  • Minimum typing speed 75 wpm; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel; and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, clients and/or vendors.
  • iManage document management experience preferred.
