FACILITIES MANAGER - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking a Facilities Manager to assist in the maintenance and management of the Firm's leases, construction projects, office moves, furniture procurement and tenant improvements in all locations; Denver, Las Vegas, Nogales, Phoenix and Tucson. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in Facilities management including maintaining related budgets, staff and vendor relations.
LEGAL SECRETARY - NATURAL RESOURCES - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking a full-time, experienced Legal Secretary to join our Natural Resources and Environmental practice group. Ideal candidates will have strong initiative, a pleasant, pro-active approach to client service and be focused on the overall success of the practice group. Position requires litigation experience including knowledge of State, Federal and local rules, policies and procedures; e-filing in U.S. District, Superior and Appellate courts; excellent attention to detail; demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; and knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation. Must have at least 3 years related secretarial experience in a litigation capacity and a minimum typing speed of 75 wpm. Ability to handle multiple administrative duties including client billing and organizing practice group lunches. Flexibility in daily schedule is required.
