PRACTICE GROUP ATTORNEY - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney for a unique opportunity. The attorney must be motivated and able to provide superior client service while managing numerous cases throughout litigation. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills and the ability to negotiate cases. Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Arizona Bar membership required. This position is not on a partnership track.

LEGAL SECRETARY - REAL ESTATE - Denver Office

Fennemore Craig has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Real Estate practice group. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with strong initiative and organizational skills; have 3+ years related secretarial experience; excellent attention to detail; demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; knowledge of rules of grammar, punctuation, etc.; minimum typing speed 75 wpm; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with attorneys, staff and clients. Flexibility in daily schedule is required.

INTAKE SPECIALIST - PERSONAL INJURY - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig has an immediate opening for an Intake Specialist with experience taking calls in a personal injury practice or firm.  This position will support members of the firm's Personal Injury team through daily contact over the phone with potential clients to elicit information and coordinate client intake-related activities.  Excellent client service and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.  Bilingual skills are a plus.  The successful candidate will possess a high level of responsibility, discretion, judgment, accountability, accuracy, energy, teamwork and dedication. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, the ability to flexibly adapt to rapidly changing deadlines and priorities, and plaintiff personal injury experience are required.

ESTATE PLANNING ASSISTANT - Phoenix Office

We are looking for a full-time Estate Planning Assistant in our Phoenix office supporting the Estate Planning practice group. This position files all documents in legal files including preparing backers and other indexes needed for file organization. Assists entire Estate Planning practice group with miscellaneous secretarial responsibilities and projects as requested. Requires experience working with estate planning documents, strong organizational skills, minimum keyboarding of 75 wpm, proficiency in various office software programs, (i.e. Scanning, PDF Converter, DTE, etc.). Secretarial experience is strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently and able to adjust to varying work load demands.
PARALEGAL - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced, full-time Paralegal to work with our Commercial Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to work well under pressure and time constraints. Ideal candidates will possess excellent computer and organizational skills, advanced technical editing abilities, diligent attention to detail, strong grasp of litigation and research databases (Summation preferred) and have experience coordinating voluminous complicated documents quickly and accurately. Duties include but are not limited to frequent client contact and client meetings, and preparing reports, notebooks and exhibits for litigation motions, experts, and witnesses utilizing numerous databases including Summation, CaseMap, Trial Director, etc.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification required;
  • Qualified candidates will have 5+ year's related experience handling complex litigation cases; 
  • Trial experience is highly preferred;
  • Experience working with technical case management/organization systems (e.g. CaseMap) is highly preferred, as well as technical experience related to preparing for and conducting trials.
ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to serve in our new role as Assistant Director of Human Resources.  This position is responsible for creating and managing staff retention and development programs, including rewards and recognition programs to instill a team-based culture within the firm.  This position will architect  training program platforms to support continuous skills assessment and development, and will measure the effectiveness of the human resources programs.   5-10 years’ of human resources experience supporting multiple sites is required, as well as a Bachelor’s degree; Organizational Development coursework or degree preferred.  Successful candidates will also have at least 5 years of experience in training and development, as well as experience with learning management systems.  Supervisory experience is required and professional services experience is preferred. 

LEGAL SECRETARY - HEALTHCARE LITIGATION - Denver Office

Fennemore Craig's Denver office has an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in healthcare, legal and professional malpractice cases; general defense litigation in state courts and Colorado Federal District Court; sense of urgency in meeting deadlines, and a systematic, organized approach to problem solving; calendaring of statutory and court deadlines (Law ToolBox experience preferred); familiarity with federal, state and appellate court filing rules and procedures; excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation; minimum typing speed 75 wpm; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel; and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, clients and/or vendors. iManage document management experience preferred.
