Fennemore Craig is seeking a highly qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join the firm.  Under the direction of the supervising attorney, the Personal Injury Case Manager will prepare the initial drafts of demand letters, including liability sections and detailed medical summaries, and manage an active case load while working closely with clients.  In addition to a positive disposition and demeanor, there are two requirements for this position that are of the utmost importance: (1) exceptional, top-notch, meticulous writing and editing skills; and (2) tremendous drive and work ethic.


  • Previous experience as plaintiff personal injury case manager or paralegal. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or formal training in legal subjects and law office work experience preferred;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a legal environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly;
  • Demonstration of superior organizational skills and flexibility;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Demonstration of initiative and responsibility in performance of the job;
  • Ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Must be willing to participate in multi-phased writing assessments as part of interview process.
  • Core personality trait required is a motivator, highly driven person who is not afraid to take initiative and immerse themselves in projects.

Fennemore Craig is seeking a full-time, experienced Legal Secretary to join our Natural Resources and Environmental practice group. Ideal candidates will have strong initiative, a pleasant, pro-active approach to client service and be focused on the overall success of the practice group.


  • Prefer at least 5 years related secretarial experience in a litigation capacity and a minimum typing speed of 75 wpm.
  • Position requires litigation experience including knowledge of State, Federal and local rules,policies, and procedures.
  • E-filing in U.S. District, Superior and Appellate courts;filing practices in California courts or the willingness to learn them.
  • Excellent attention to detail, document organization and storage; transcription.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread;  ability to prioritize work load and multi-task; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to handle multiple administrative duties including client billing.
  • Flexibility in daily schedule is required.

Fennemore Craig is seeking a talented professional to serve as a key leader focused on recruiting and developing top legal talent in alignment with the overall strategic plan and vision for the firm. Successful candidates will have experience building and leading strategic talent management functions including attorney recruitment, development, retention, recognition, communications and culture. This position reports directly to the Management Committee of the firm and will work collaboratively with other senior management members.


  • Solid track record of recruiting and developing top legal talent.
  • 5 years’ experience serving in a position where similar functions were performed.
  • Strategic thinker who is adaptable to working with a wide range of people.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced organization and drive positive outcomes.

Fennemore Craig has an outstanding opportunity for a Help Desk Support Analyst. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance of the firm help desk and support center operations, providing prompt assistance to in-house PC users regarding hardware, network, systems, applications, remote access and telephone related inquiries.


  • Technical Requirements: A+ certification and at least one of the following: MOUS, MCP, or MCSE certifications; or Bachelor or Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with certification equivalencies above; Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred; Basic troubleshooting skills and be able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills, ability to develop and document operational procedures, enjoy learning new skills, thrive in a team environment, and able to work in a changeable, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Requires technical knowledge of techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users.
  • Must understand and be able to perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop operating system, software applications and hardware; an understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and knowledge of Windows networking and remote access.
  • Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and find or develop related solutions.
  • Must have exceptional Microsoft Word and Office, Windows, electronic mail, and internet skills.
  • Requires flexibility with schedule to meet business needs.
