HELP DESK SUPPORT - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig has an outstanding opportunity for a Help Desk Support Analyst. Must have solid customer service skills, ability to develop and document operational procedures, enjoy learning new skills, thrive in a team environment, and able to work in a changeable, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must also be able to lift 40+ lbs. Technical Requirements: A+ certification and at least one of the following: MOUS, MCP, or MCSE certifications; or Bachelor or Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with certification equivalencies above; Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred; Basic troubleshooting skills and be able to solve problems with minimal supervision; Requires technical knowledge of techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users; Must understand and be able to perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop operating system, software applications and hardware; an understanding of LAN/WAN configurations and knowledge of Windows networking and remote access; Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and find or develop related solutions; Must have exceptional Microsoft Word and Office, Windows, electronic mail, and internet skills. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig's Library Services Department is seeking a full-time Assistant Librarian for itsPhoenix office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to electronic and manual legal/non-legal research, document identification and delivery, meticulous completion of attorney research and information requests, and intranet maintenance.
A Master’s degree is preferred but a Bachelor’s degree and solid library or legal work history may be substituted. Ideal candidate will have law library experience, knowledge of print and electronic legal resources, high energy, solid computer/technical abilities, excellent verbal/written skills and a strong customer service orientation.
