RECORDS CLERK - Phoenix Office

Professional services firm has an immediate need for a Records Clerk. Duties include opening/closing files, data entry, preparation of files for off-site storage and some filing. (NEW)

  • Accurate typist (50 wpm) with an eye for detail and excellent organizational and communications skills;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Lift heavy boxes (40+ lbs);
  • Self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Word);
  • LegalKey or CA/MDY/FileSurf experience (helpful but not required).
LEGAL SECRETARY - HEALTHCARE LITIGATION - Denver Office

Fennemore Craig's Denver office has an excellent opportunity for a reliable, experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in healthcare, legal and professional malpractice cases; general defense litigation in state courts and Colorado Federal District Court; sense of urgency in meeting deadlines, and a systematic, organized approach to problem solving; calendaring of statutory and court deadlines (Law ToolBox experience preferred); familiarity with federal, state and appellate court filing rules and procedures; excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation; minimum typing speed 75 wpm; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel; and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, clients and/or vendors. iManage document management experience preferred.
