Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting medical negligence team with interviewing fact witnesses and experts; researching, conferring with and retaining expert witnesses; performing medical research, preparing discovery responses; reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years nurse consulting and law firm experience. R.N. required. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
LEASE TRACKING COORDINATOR - Denver Office
Fennemore Craig, is seeking a full-time Lease Tracking Coordinator in its Denver office. This position files and organizes legal documents and correspondence under the general direction of paralegal and attorney; prepares and maintains tracking charts; drafts email memos summarizing all requirements and deadlines for paralegal review. Assists Real Estate practice group with miscellaneous secretarial responsibilities and projects as requested. Requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software programs, (i.e. Scanning, PDF Converter, DTE, etc.). Secretarial experience is strongly preferred.
GRAPHICS AND MARKETING ASSISTANT - Phoenix Office
