ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of the firm’s advertising and business development programs as well as the promotion of social media initiatives and assisting in the development and production of firm marketing collateral. Responsible for firm/attorney listings in legal directories and industry specific award opportunities. Social media brand awareness and promotion of programs on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications required.
  • 5 years of hands-on marketing experience required, preferably with a professional services organization. 
  • Previous experience with Law Firm preferred but not required.
  • Social Media brand awareness and experience with promotional programs required.
  • SEO, retargeting, and Google Analytics experience strongly preferred. 
LEASE COORDINATOR-REAL ESTATE - Denver Office
Minimum of 1 year legal or real estate experience in related capacity required;
Project management and administrative assistant experience preferred;
Strong Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relative software applications.

Fennemore Craig is seeking a Lease Coordinator in its Denver office. The Lease Coordinator will be responsible for tracking status of leasing and other real estate projects, which requires strong Excel and data management skills; assist in processing billing; scheduling; and project management. Candidates who are detail oriented, self-starters, and team players are preferred.

 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year legal or real estate experience in related capacity strongly preferred but not required;
  • Project management and Administrative Assistant experience preferred;
  • Strong Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relative software applications.
 
OFFICE ASSISTANT - Denver Office

Fennemore Craig is seeking an Office Assistant for our Denver office. This position is responsible for working in a team environment for the maintenance of office operations. Must possess exceptional organization and time-management skills; ability to quickly shift priorities and multi-task; resourceful; overall professional demeanor, including discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information. 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years law firm experience highly desired.
  • 2 years office administrative experience highly preferred.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • Must have exceptional Microsoft Word, Excel and Office, Windows, electronic mail, and Internet skills.
INTAKE SPECIALIST - PERSONAL INJURY - Phoenix Office

Fennemore Craig has an immediate opening for an Intake Specialist with experience taking calls in a personal injury practice or firm.  This position will support members of the firm's Personal Injury team through daily contact over the phone, to determine case viability while working in a team environment. Produces accurate, organized and detailed work with potential clients to elicit information and coordinate client intake-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Formal training in legal subjects and law office work experience preferred but not required;
  • Sales experience in professional services preferred. 
  • Customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.  
  • Must have experience diffusing or resolving customer issues with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly;
  • Demonstration of superior organizational skills and flexibility;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Demonstration of initiative and responsibility in performance of the job;
  • Ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
