Fennemore Craig's Phoenix office is seeking a full-time Legal Nurse Consultant to work with our growing medical negligence healthcare practice. Responsibilities would include assisting with interviewing fact witnesses and experts; researching, conferring with and retaining expert witnesses; performing medical research, preparing discovery responses; reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years nurse consulting and law firm experience. R.N. license required. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
PARALEGAL - MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE - Denver Office
Fennemore Craig, a regional law firm with six offices in three states, is seeking an experienced, full-time Paralegal to join our Medical Negligence (Defense) Litigation practice in our Denver office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to work well under intense pressure and time constraints. Must possess excellent computer and organizational skills; advanced technical editing abilities; diligent attention to detail; strong grasp of litigation and research databases (Summation preferred); strong time management, proofreading, legal research, and organizational skills; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel; and have experience coordinating voluminous complicated documents quickly and accurately. Experience working with technical case management/organization systems (e.g. CaseMap) is highly preferred, as well as technical experience related to preparing for and conducting trials. Duties include but are not limited to frequent client contact and client meetings, preparing reports, notebooks and exhibits for litigation motions, experts, and witnesses utilizing numerous databases to include Summation, CaseMap, Trial Director, etc.
PATENT SPECIALIST/PARALEGAL - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig, a regional law firm with offices in three states, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Patent Specialist to join our Intellectual Property practice group in Phoenix. Under attorney supervision, this person will assist the attorney(s )in a capacity or function which involves the performance of delegated substantive legal work. The ideal candidate will be familiar with methods and procedures for carrying out quasi-legal proceedings for a client without material supervision and is capable of drafting some documents (e.g. all USPTO forms). This individual may conduct initial interviews with clients or inventors and will have ongoing client and USPTO contact.
GRAPHICS AND MARKETING ASSISTANT - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig, a regional law firm with six offices in three states, has an excellent opportunity for a Graphics and Marketing Assistant. This individual will assist with the design of our internal and external communication materials, database management, podcast and video messaging, advertising and website maintenance and design. The ideal candidate will be familiar with website statistics and analysis as well as internet marketing campaigns. Competence in Photoshop, InDesign, Desktop Publishing, and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Video Production/editing experience is preferred as well as a positive attitude, ability to work independently and also as part of a team. This is a fulltime position working in a team environment with the Marketing group. Working from home up to two days a week may be an option for the right candidate.

BILLING CLERK - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig, P.C., a regional law firm headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and with six offices in three states, is seeking a Billing Clerk with e-billing experience. This is a full time position and the candidate will work in a team environment providing legal billing administrative services while interacting significantly with attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, 10-key touch and 40 WPM typing skills, be detailed oriented, meet deadlines with minimal supervision and possess strong interpersonal skills. We utilize the Elite 3E billing platform and preference will be given to candidates with this or related software experience. The work schedule is M-F and we are flexible in working with the employee to set their daily start and finish times.
FILE CLERK - LITIGATION - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking a Legal File Clerk to work full time. Must have litigation filing experience (minimum of 1 year). Requires strong organizational skills, minimum typing of 40 wpm, and ability to work independently. Must also be able to lift 40+ lbs.
